We are writing this letter to thank Matusek Contracting Services for a job well done in constructing the addition to our home from May 2016 to November 2016. During the 6 months of the project, your attention to the specifics of the construction as well as the proper scheduling of the subcontractors resulted in a lovely addition of which we are very proud. The subcontractors that were here during this project were very competent, respectful, and pleasant.
Your company was suggested by the architect and at first the project seemed to us overwhelming, but your expert guidance to vendors for doors, windows, fixtures, etc. made it seem manageable. The project was completed under budget.
Suggestions to others when taking on a project such as this are to have patience (weather affects the progress) and to be available for various reasons such as questions/answers and unexpected decisions to be made.
